Who we are

BrickFindr is a service of Studio Raya. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through brickfindr.nl.

What data we process

When you book an introductory call, we process the details you enter in the booking form: your name, email address, company name and anything else you choose to share. That form runs through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, which processes this data on our behalf.

When you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message.

We also process technical visit data: your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, and which pages you view.

Visitor identification

This site uses a script from Leadsy.ai. Based on your IP address, the script tries to work out which organisation you are visiting from, so we can see which companies are showing interest. It is designed to identify companies, not to build a profile of you as an individual, but under Dutch law an IP address does count as personal data.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest: we want to know which companies are considering our service. Would you rather we didn't? Email us at the address above and we will make sure your data is deleted and excluded.

How long we keep it

We keep data from an introductory call or email contact for as long as you are a client and for two years after that, unless we are required to keep it longer for the Dutch Tax Administration.

We keep technical visit data and identified company visits for a maximum of twelve months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver the service: our hosting provider (Vercel), Google for scheduling calls, Leadsy.ai for visitor identification, and our email provider.

Some of these parties are based outside the EU. We have agreed the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing and ask for your data to be transferred.
